The
Special Committee on Oversight shall
consist of nineteen (19) members that have the duties and responsibilities as
follows:
It shall be the duty of the Special Committee on Oversight to oversee and inspect all operations of all districts, committees, and operations of the Native Hawaiian Coalition.
