Approval of Minutes
A correction to
the Minutes of April 26, 2006 was made under the first motion, which was
seconded by Nalani Gersaba and not Milton Ragsdale.
The motion was accepted as corrected with no opposition.
Reports
The Chair
reported on the letter to the Native Hawaiian Coalition from the Chair Pro Tempore.
Unfinished Business
Lynnette Cruz
clarified that the letter to OHA was sent and that there was no response sent
by Clyde Nämu`o yet.
Puanani Kaopuiki made a presentation of an election
process that could potentially be presented from the floor if allowed to at the
meeting OHA is planning to have regarding the components.

Umi`äliloa Sexton, seconded by Milton Ragsdale to accept proposal and
refer it to the Special Committee on
Nominations & Elections.
Amendment
– that it be
disseminated to other Districts for review.
